After the agreement of the price, we will send to you an invoice with our bank account details where by you deposit a
50% part of the payment and the rest of the pay will be paid apoun arrival at the airport.

CANCELLATION POLICY IN KENYA.

    .If the cancellation is made between 35 and 13 days before the day of the safari, 25% cancellation charges will apply.
    .If the cancellation is made between 12 and 18 days before the day of the safari, 50% cancellation charges will apply.
    .If the cancellation is made between 7 days before the day of the safari, 100% cancellation charges will apply.

Sarova Hotels.
    .If the cancellation is made between 60 and 50 days before the initial day of the safari, 15% charges of cancellation will apply.
    .If the cancellation is made between 50 and 30 days before the initial day of safari 33% cancellation charges will apply.
    .If the cancellation is made 30 days before the initial day of the safari, 100% cancellation charges will apply.

Sopa Lodges.
    .If the cancellation is made between 45 and 34 days before the initial day of the safari, 25% cancellation charges will apply.
    .If the cancellation is made between 33 and 8 days before the initial day of the safari, 50% cancellation charges will apply.
    .If the cancellation is made between 7days before the initial day of the safari, 100% cancellation charges will apply.

Aberdare.
    .If the cancellation is made between 45 and 30 days before the initial day of the safari, 25%cancellation charges apply
    .If the cancellation is made between 29 and 15 days before the initial day of the safari, 50%cancellation charges apply
    .If the cancellation is made between 14 and 3 days before the initial day of the safari, 90%cancellation charges apply
    .If the cancellation is made between 2 days before the initial day of the safari, 100%cancellation charges apply

Wilderness (Samburu Lodge and Keekorok Lodge).
    .If the cancellation is made between 33 and 15 days before the initial day of the safari, 25%cancellation charges apply
    .If the cancellation is made between 14 and 3 days before the initial day of the safari, 33%cancellation charges apply
    .If the cancellation is made between 2 days before the initial day of the safari, 100%cancellation charges apply

Oltukay Lodge.
    .If the cancellation is made between 30 and 20 days before the initial day of the safari, 10%cancellation charges apply
    .If the cancellation is made between 19 and 20 days before the initial day of the safari, 25%cancellation charges apply
    .If the cancellation is made between 9 and 3 days before the initial day of the safari, 35%cancellation charges apply
